Lifetime Drift Limited Warranty

Effective date: August 25, 2026

This limited warranty is provided by PowerFlow Gaming. Questions or requests for service may be submitted through our Repair & Warranty Claims form or by email to support@powerflowgaming.com.

1. Eligible products

This warranty applies only to a complete controller or controller pair that was purchased directly through PowerFlowGaming.com on or after the effective date, was sold with TMR joysticks installed by PowerFlow, was expressly identified as eligible for PowerFlow Lifetime Drift Coverage on the product page at purchase, and remains owned by the original purchaser.

It does not apply to marketplace purchases, parts-only sales, buyer-installed parts, a controller merely repaired by PowerFlow, a buyer’s mail-in controller unless the order expressly states that it is eligible, or a product whose listing offered different coverage.

2. Duration and meaning of “lifetime”

Coverage begins on the delivery date and continues for as long as the original purchaser owns the eligible controller. “Lifetime” means the original purchaser’s period of ownership of that controller. It does not mean the purchaser’s lifetime, an unlimited useful life, or coverage for a later owner. Coverage ends when the controller is sold, gifted, transferred, discarded, or otherwise no longer owned by the original purchaser.

3. What is covered

This warranty covers verified stick drift caused by a defect or failure in a TMR joystick module installed by PowerFlow during normal personal or household gaming use. Verified stick drift means persistent unintended directional input while the covered stick is physically at rest, after reasonable firmware, connection, and calibration checks, and when the behavior is not caused by a game’s dead-zone setting or another excluded condition.

Coverage is limited to the covered TMR module and the workmanship required for the approved module repair or replacement.

4. What is not covered

  • A temporary calibration condition resolved through standard recalibration
  • Game-specific dead-zone behavior, software settings, or connection issues
  • Normal cosmetic wear, joystick-cap wear, scratches, fading, or finish changes
  • Impact, crushing, bending, liquid, corrosion, heat, contamination, improper storage, abuse, misuse, or commercial use
  • Loss, theft, or damage in transit to PowerFlow
  • Batteries, buttons, triggers, rails, shells, ribbon cables, wireless systems, sensors, vibration motors, NFC, optical mouse features, circuit boards, or another component unrelated to a covered TMR failure
  • A function the product page clearly stated was not included
  • A buyer-supplied component
  • Damage caused by an outside repair, modification, incompatible part, or incorrect installation
  • A controller whose product identity or order information cannot reasonably be verified

An outside repair or modification does not automatically void this warranty. Coverage may be denied only for a failure or damage caused by that work, an incompatible part, or another stated exclusion.

5. PowerFlow’s remedy

After confirming a covered claim, PowerFlow will, at its option, repair the covered TMR module, replace it with the same or a functionally equivalent module, or provide another remedy required by applicable law. There is no charge for the covered replacement module or covered repair labor.

Replacement parts may be new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent. Color, supplier, shape, or minor performance characteristics may differ if the original module is unavailable, but PowerFlow will not intentionally reduce material functionality without the purchaser’s agreement. This warranty does not promise a refund, complete-controller replacement, upgrade, or recovery of saved data unless required by law.

6. Shipping and other costs

The original purchaser is responsible for safe packaging, insured inbound shipping, and any customs or import charges required to send the controller to PowerFlow. For an approved covered claim, PowerFlow pays standard return shipping to one address in the contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations, the purchaser may be responsible for the amount above the equivalent contiguous-U.S. standard return cost to the extent permitted by law.

If inspection shows the issue is not covered, PowerFlow will provide the diagnosis and any available at-cost repair estimate before paid work begins. If the repair is declined, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping except where applicable law requires otherwise.

7. How to obtain service

Submit the claim form before shipping. Provide the website order number, original purchaser name and purchasing email, controller model and affected stick or side, a description of the unintended input, troubleshooting already attempted, and a short video or diagnostic result when reasonably needed.

PowerFlow may ask for reasonable non-destructive troubleshooting such as updating firmware, reconnecting, recalibrating, or testing in a system menu. Do not ship a controller until PowerFlow provides return instructions and a claim reference.

8. Inspection and timing

PowerFlow aims to provide an inspection result or status update within 5 business days after receiving the controller. Covered repairs are normally targeted within 5–10 business days after inspection, subject to part availability and repair complexity. These are service targets, not guaranteed completion dates; an update will be provided if more time is needed.

9. Ownership, proof of purchase, and registration

This warranty is for the original purchaser and is not transferable. Warranty registration is optional and is not required for coverage. Reasonable proof of direct website purchase and product identity may be required to match a claim to an eligible controller.

10. Other legal rights

This limited warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, and the purchaser may also have other rights that vary by state. It does not disclaim or limit implied warranties or statutory rights that cannot be disclaimed or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, PowerFlow is not responsible under this limited warranty for incidental or consequential damages such as loss of game time or use of another device. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply.
