PowerFlow Gaming builds custom controllers for players who care about both design and performance. Every complete controller we sell starts with new controller hardware—not rebuilt or refurbished. Selected builds may use new original-brand hardware or clearly labeled new PowerFlow-compatible hardware; each product page explains the model and included features before purchase.

Choose your shell, controls, accents, D-pad, caps, print, and performance upgrades with our Controller Builder. If you do not see the exact combination you want, send us a custom request and we will help create the closest workable build.

Tested to play

Every completed build receives a model-appropriate function, fit, and finish check before shipment. That includes stick centering and range, unintended input, controls, pairing, charging, rails, vibration, and applicable model-specific features.

Warranty coverage that rewards buying direct

  • PowerFlowGaming.com: Eligible controllers purchased directly from our website with PowerFlow-installed TMR joysticks include our Lifetime Drift-Free Guarantee, provided under the terms of the Lifetime Drift Limited Warranty. It covers verified drift caused by a covered TMR module for as long as the original purchaser owns the eligible controller.
  • Third-party marketplaces: Eligible controller purchases include a 1-year limited warranty for defects in PowerFlow-installed parts and workmanship, beginning on the delivery date and subject to the listing and warranty terms.

Warranty registration is optional and is not required for coverage. Registration helps us match the controller to the order and can make a future claim faster; reasonable proof of purchase is still required. After coverage ends—or for a non-covered issue—at-cost repair may be available while compatible parts and service capacity remain available.
