What to expect

  • Covered website TMR drift claims: the original purchaser pays to ship the controller to PowerFlow; PowerFlow covers standard return shipping after an approved drift repair.
  • Etsy and eBay purchases: eligible controllers include a one-year limited warranty from the delivery date.
  • At-cost repairs: for eligible out-of-warranty work, labor is waived; you pay shipping and required parts. We’ll confirm availability and provide a quote before work begins.
