Each set is carefully assembled, tested, and finished for players who want a unique, premium-looking controller without sacrificing performance.

Available Build Options

1. Fully Built Custom Joy-Con Set
This option includes a complete custom Joy-Con set built by us. Each pair includes upgraded TMR drift-resistant joysticks for smooth, reliable control.

You can choose between OEM Nintendo internal parts or Power Flow third-party internal parts. The Power Flow brand uses compatible third-party internal parts and includes wireless play, motion controls, vibration, console wake-up, and standard controller functionality.

2. Send-In Customization Service
Already have a working pair of Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons? You can send us your working Joy-Cons to customize. Stick drift is okay, but the Joy-Cons must be fully functional overall.

Once your order is placed, a shipping label will be provided for you to send your Joy-Cons to us.

When your Joy-Cons arrive, they will be inspected before customization begins. If they are not fully functional, we will offer to repair them for the cost of the needed parts. If you do not want the repair completed, the Joy-Cons will be sent back and the order will be canceled.

Your Joy-Cons will be fully disassembled, customized with the selected UV-printed shell design, clear coated for long-lasting quality, reassembled, and tested before being returned.

3. Build-at-Home Custom Shell Kit
This option is for customers who want to transform their own Joy-Cons at home. The kit includes the custom shells and selected parts needed for the build, along with a pair of tweezers and screwdrivers.

This is a DIY shell-swap kit. No additional help, written instructions, troubleshooting, or installation support will be provided outside of a standard eXtremeRate-style shell-swap build video. Please only choose this option if you are comfortable fully disassembling and reassembling Joy-Cons.

Damage caused during customer installation is not covered under warranty.

Build Time

The standard build window for marketplace orders is 5–10 business days.

Orders placed directly through our website are typically completed in around 5 business days and are prioritized in our build queue.

Finish and Quality

Each custom shell is UV printed and clear coated to help protect the design and provide a long-lasting finish.

Every completed pair is built with care and tested before shipment.

Warranty and Repairs

Each Joy-Con set built by us includes a 1-year warranty.

After the 1-year warranty period, we will still repair issues for free labor. The customer is responsible for the cost of any needed parts and shipping.

The warranty applies to Joy-Cons built or customized by us. DIY build-at-home kits are not covered for damage caused during customer installation.
