Controller Builder – Custom Nintendo Switch 2 Joy-Cons with TMR Joysticks

Create a custom Nintendo Switch 2 Joy-Con set around the way you play. Choose the hardware platform, shell design, controls, accents, and available upgrades, or contact us if you need a combination that is not listed.

Every fully built controller option starts with new controller hardware—not rebuilt or refurbished. Each completed set is assembled, tested, and finished by PowerFlow Gaming.

Build options

1. Fully Built Custom Joy-Con Set

Choose new original Nintendo controller hardware or new PowerFlow-compatible hardware. Both fully built options include PowerFlow-installed TMR drift-resistant joysticks. The compatible platform does not include the optical mouse sensor and uses a different vibration system; the product options and order confirmation identify the selected platform.

2. Customer-Supplied Controller Customization

Already own working Switch 2 Joy-Cons? Select the customer-supplied option to have your controller customized. Stick drift is acceptable, but the controller must otherwise be functional. Do not ship anything until we provide written instructions.

We inspect the controller before customization begins. If another repair is required, we will provide an at-cost parts estimate before paid work begins. If the repair is declined, the controller will be returned and any applicable customization amount will be handled according to the order terms.

3. Build-at-Home Shell Kit

This option supplies the selected shells and included installation tools for a do-it-yourself shell swap. Choose it only if you are comfortable fully disassembling and reassembling Joy-Cons. Damage caused during customer installation is not covered by PowerFlow warranty coverage.

Build time

Most made-to-order builds are targeted to ship within 5–10 business days after payment and all required design details are confirmed. Carrier transit time is separate. These are service targets, not guaranteed completion dates; we will provide updates if more time is needed.

Finish and testing

Custom shells are UV printed and clear coated to help protect the design. Every completed set receives a model-appropriate function, fit, and finish check, including stick centering and range, unintended input, controls, pairing, charging, attachment fit, vibration, and applicable model-specific features.

Warranty and repairs

Eligible fully built controllers purchased directly through PowerFlowGaming.com include a 1-year limited warranty for defects in PowerFlow-installed parts and workmanship. When the controller also includes eligible PowerFlow-installed TMR joysticks, it receives our Lifetime Drift-Free Guarantee under the Lifetime Drift Limited Warranty. Lifetime coverage applies only to verified drift caused by a covered TMR module; it is not a lifetime warranty on every controller component.

Warranty registration is optional and is not required for coverage. Mail-in service coverage is limited to the PowerFlow-supplied parts and work stated in the order. At-cost repair may be available for non-covered issues or after other coverage ends while compatible parts and service capacity remain available.
