These Terms of Service apply to PowerFlowGaming.com, operated by PowerFlow TechCo. under the trade name Power Flow Gaming (“Power Flow Gaming,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on our site. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Store and product information

We sell custom gaming controllers, controller parts, build-at-home kits, mail-in customization services, repairs, and related accessories. Product photographs and screen colors can vary from the finished item. Because many products are assembled or customized to order, small visual differences that do not affect the selected design or function are not defects.

Product pages identify the applicable controller model, selected options, and whether a complete build uses original-brand hardware or new PowerFlow-compatible hardware. Power Flow Gaming is an independent customization business and is not sponsored by or affiliated with Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, or other platform owners unless expressly stated.

2. Orders, customization, and payment

You are responsible for confirming controller model, colors, artwork, options, shipping address, and other order details before purchase. We may contact you when information is incomplete or incompatible. Processing time begins after payment and all required design details are received. Most made-to-order builds are targeted to ship within 5–10 business days, but complex customization, supply availability, or peak volume may require additional time.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing or listing errors and may cancel and refund an order that cannot reasonably be completed as described.

3. Customer-provided controllers and artwork

For mail-in work, you are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the correct controller. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, undisclosed modifications, ordinary wear, damage caused before delivery to us, or inbound carrier loss. If an unexpected condition prevents the requested work, we will contact you before performing materially different or additional paid work.

When you provide artwork, names, logos, characters, images, or other content, you represent that you have permission to use it and authorize us to reproduce it only as needed to fulfill your order. We may decline content that appears unlawful, infringing, hateful, or unsafe.

4. Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass as provided by applicable law and the carrier terms. Review our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy before ordering. Custom and personalized items may have limited cancellation or return eligibility, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Warranty and repairs

Warranty coverage depends on the product, purchasing channel, installed parts, and listing terms. Eligible direct website purchases with PowerFlow-installed TMR joysticks include the coverage described in our Lifetime Drift Limited Warranty. Registration is optional and does not replace reasonable proof of purchase. Damage from misuse, accidents, liquid, unauthorized repair, incompatible modifications, or ordinary cosmetic wear is not covered unless a written warranty specifically states otherwise.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the site for unlawful activity; interfere with site security or operation; transmit malicious code; collect other users’ information without permission; impersonate another person; submit false payment or order information; or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.

7. Intellectual property

The Power Flow Gaming name, site copy, original graphics, photographs, layouts, and other original site content belong to PowerFlow TechCo. or its licensors and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Third-party services and Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and process transactions. Purchases from this store are transactions with Power Flow Gaming, not Shopify. Payment processors, carriers, and linked third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for third-party sites you choose to visit.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Information necessary to operate the store may also be processed by Shopify and service providers that support payments, shipping, analytics, fraud prevention, and customer communications.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except for express written warranties and rights that cannot legally be excluded, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, PowerFlow TechCo. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma and applicable federal law, without limiting mandatory protections available to consumers in their place of residence.

12. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference and any written product-specific terms, form the agreement relating to use of this store.
