Warranty Registration

Registering helps us verify your purchase and respond faster if you ever need support. Registration is optional and is not required to receive warranty coverage. Proof of purchase can also establish eligibility.

Coverage at a glance

  • Website purchases: eligible PowerFlow controllers sold with TMR joysticks include our Lifetime Drift Limited Warranty for the original purchaser, lasting for as long as that purchaser owns the controller.
  • Etsy and eBay purchases: eligible controllers include a one-year limited warranty from the delivery date.
  • Accidental damage, abuse, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications, normal cosmetic wear, and problems unrelated to joystick drift are not covered by the Lifetime Drift Limited Warranty.

We use this information only to verify your purchase, administer warranty or repair service, and communicate about your request. Registration does not add you to marketing emails.
